Buying & Touring
Every listing has a "Schedule Tour" panel — pick a date, choose in-person or live video, and your advisor confirms within the hour. Same-day tours are usually possible before 2 PM local time.
A human has confirmed ownership records, pricing and photography before the listing went live. If anything can't be verified, the listing simply doesn't publish.
Yes. Offers, counteroffers and e-signatures all happen in your dashboard, with your advisor guiding terms. Every document is encrypted and stored in your private workspace.

Selling & Listing
Private sellers choose a one-time package from $49 (see Pricing). Working with a Havenlytics agent, the commission is agreed up front — no hidden marketing or admin fees, ever.
Verification typically takes under 4 business hours. Cinematic media packages add 2–3 days for the shoot and edit — usually worth the wait.
Featured and Concierge packages include a staging consultation; full staging is available in most metros through vetted partners at preferred rates.
Section 03
Account & Billing
Save any search and choose Instant, Daily or Weekly alerts. We email only when a new listing actually matches — no filler, and you can pause anytime.
Payments run through a PCI-DSS Level 1 processor over 256-bit TLS. We never see or store full card numbers.
Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Export your saved data first; deletion is permanent after a 14-day grace period.
